IMPORTANT.
Whether inside or outside your country, it is important for a government, embassy, educational institution, company or entity, to know your level of a second or third language proficiency, through the opportunity, you or your certification entity give them to verify your document. Here you have the opportunity to upload your document, receive an international code, to verify it, print it and download it. Uploading your language proficiency document to this service, can be for academic, employment and/or cultural purposes.
IVS-CEFR offers the service of international coding and verification of documents indicating one or more levels of competence in a second or third language under the CEFR standards. It should be understood as a direct particular service to the community at large, to individuals directly, and at the same time, to national or state governments, municipalities or non-governmental communities, official and/or private educational institutions.
International certifications from: DIALANG, CAMBRIDGE, TOEFL, IELTS, ITEP, E-OXFORD-ONLINE, CAMLA, OTE, DET, FCE, CAE, CPE, TOEIC, ANGLIA EXAMINATIONS, BEB, MELAB, EUROEXAM INTERNATIONAL, TESOL, OXFORD UNIVERSITY PRESS (OUP), PEARSON, APTIS, MICHIGAN STATE UNIVERSITY ENGLISH LANGUAGE CENTER, ETS, UNIVERSITÀT POLITECNICA DE VALÈNCIA (UPV), LANGUAGE CENTRE, BERLITZ, EALTS, ACLES, ITEP, ELASH, ECCE and ECPE, among others, that officially certify proficiency in languages as a second or third language, are welcome. Governments, companies, institutions and any person, can make use of the document verification service, as long as it is authorised by the same certified person and in the case of an express request from international or jurisdictional justice, IVS-CEFR will respond to their request, under an official written request.
CAUTION.
By accepting the terms and conditions of IVS-CEFR, you agree that, you are authorizing our entity to verify and authenticate the origin of the document, directly with the certifying institution and/or in any case and only under an official document, through a request from local justice, National or international.
IVS-CEFR is a public, autonomous, non-governmental service, created with the purpose of contributing, helping and supporting education, for service throughout the world, making it possible for public, private, for-profit and non-profit entities, as well as ordinary people , to use the service and in the same way to verify the documentation of a person, observe their performance specifically, in a language that is not the native one.
In any case, the first thing we do, is to verify that, the documents are being uploaded here, are in accordance with the truth.

It is very important to clarify that documents of this type, as well as one’s information, are personal property and cannot be vulnerable in any way, so they can only be observed when the person delivers his code to the entity, company, institution, government or whoever he authorizes.

DOCUMENTS ALLOWED
Teachers.
Language teachers at any level can upload (Upload) their diploma certificates of languages proficiency, which certifies their profession in language teaching. It does not matter which institution you graduated from, or in which country, or in which sector you work, nor what language you teach.
It is simply important for the world to know of the existence of your document. The way you can also present your document when you apply for a local, national or international job. In this way, it will be understood that your document is not only legal, but also visible internationally.

UPLOAD YOUR DOCUMENT
Primary & High Schools.

Language Institutes.

Individuals.
For anyone, in any country of the world, it is important to make their second or third language learning process document, visible, so that governments, entities, employers or educational institutions can literally, verify the existence of their personal document. Docuemnts from recognized systems or not, governmental or not, such as non-profit entities or those of technical English or English courses, are accepted. Dilangp does not qualify or evaluate any process, it only offers the verification service of the existence of the document you upload, with your id document. Of course, it has to be a legal document, from a legal institution.
Candidates.
Candidates for international certification, fill out a form and the same one, comes out when someone wants to verify that the candidate for certification is enrolled in an institution or entity, doing the certification process in language proficiency. Non-current documents.
Documents that have lost validity can be put in the IVS-CEFR service, because regardless of whether the certificate is valid or not, the document does exist and is proof that the process was developed and the document was issued. Whether it is valid or not, for an entity or institution, does not limit the person from being able to show their procedural achievement.
Gobernments.
- Governments that wish to use the service to verify the documents of professors or students can do so in the following ways: Publish documents. It is through an agreement in which the service, number of users and time of the service are specified.

Data protection.
IVS-CEFR collects personal data from customers for a variety of reasons. For example, the user Dilangp is required by law to give us certain information about the institutions granting them. IVS-CEFR also handles the personal data of users who write with queries or complaints, and collects personal data from those who register to use our digital services. You can find more details on how IVS-CEFR handles your personal data in accordance with the requirements of the international personal data protection general regulation.
Disqualified documents.
We have data here, which is an excerpt of the uploaded bogus documents, which is regularly updated. This may mean occasional inaccuracies that we will correct as soon as they are verified. However, if you find any documents or information that you think may be wrong here, please let us know so that we can, if necessary, correct the database.
Official information.
We carry out basic checks on received documents to ensure that they are fully completed and that the personal information provided in the application form, such as ID or passport and language proficiency document, is the same, but We do not have the legal power or ability to verify the accuracy of the information that users submit to us. The fact that the information has been included in the application form should not be interpreted as an indication that it has been verified or validated by IVS-CEFR in any way.
When Dilangp examines documents, it only performs basic checks on them, for example to ensure that there is the same information in both documents. If, later, we receive a complaint that the papers are not real or legal, and we verify it, in this way we make it public and block the user’s account.
